2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in R.C. Case No. 02 of 1986 registered under Section 120B, 420, 468 and 171 of the IPC and Section 5(2) read with 5(1)(d) of PC Act passed by the learned Chief Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Bihar by which the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been appearing in the court below regularly on each and every date fixed by the court since 2009 but due to default on one date, his bail bond has been cancelled.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed and the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in R.C. Case No. 02 of 1986 passed by the learned Chief Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Bihar is hereby quashed.

5. The petitioner shall remain on the same bail as was granted to him earlier.

6. This application stands allowed.
