NO. 8459 of 2022.

2. The concerned respondent was required to comply orders of this Court while passing speaking order within a period of four months from 29.07.2022. Four months have elapsed on 28.11.2022 whereas order has been complied on 14.05.2024. It is clear case of Contempt of Court. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that respondents have complied belatedly. At the best, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs. 5,000/-.
