Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1)(a), (1-A) (1-AA) (1-B) 26, 29, 35 of Arms Act.
Petitioner is driver of the vehicle and on the instruction of the owner of the vehicle, co-accused was travelling on the said vehicle. From whose possession, AK-47 was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 29.09.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Submission is that the petitioner had no knowledge what, the person sitting on the back seat, was carrying with him. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the

No.17662 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K.Hat Police Station Case No.517 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
