3. By filing the aforesaid application, the petitioner has prayed for condonation of delay by 377 days in filing the application for restoration.

5. Delay in filing the restoration application is condoned on consent.

6. The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is accordingly, disposed of.

7. The application for restoration is taken up for hearing.

8. Cr. Revision No.1200 of 2018 is restored to its filed.

9. Requirement of service of notice upon the opposite party is waived, in view of the fact that the opposite party is represented by Mr.

10. Since the matter is pending for long, the revisional application be listed for hearing on 06.08.2025, fairly at the top of the list.
