JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 The learned counsel for the respondent-State has produced the proof of payment of a sum of Rs. 79,732/- on the head of outstanding rent for the period February, 2018 to September, 2022 at the rate of Rs. 1932/- after deduction of the amount already paid.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, however liberty is reserved to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
