The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 804/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant saw one person fleeing away with his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 05K 4261. The person was apprehended by the people who disclosed his name Ravi Kumar Singh. Ravi Kumar Singh confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner and others managed to flee away. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42819 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 804/2014.
