Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.09.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 13985/2021. The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 29.10.2021 and thereafter, two witnesses have been produced, out of which, one witness has already been examined.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2020, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
