Some mobile numbers had been put on surveillance and in course of conversation on the aforesaid mobile numbers, it was detected that the holders of the aforesaid mobile numbers were making plan to commit dacoity in the bank and, accordingly, the present case was lodged against the holders of mobile number as well as one Kailash Singh @ Chek Singh.
