JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure-3 submits that honorarium of the petitioner has not been paid in full. He submits although the respondents have paid honorarium but they have not paid the entire honorarium to which the petitioner was entitled.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file detailed representation indicating therein the admitted dues and in case, such representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj within a period of one month, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6989 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 respondent District Programme Officer, Gopalganj shall pass reasoned speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event, the petitioner is found entitled to any such honorarium, the District Programme Officer shall ensure payment of the same within a further period of two months from the date of passing such order.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
