Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard the parties.
This application is for cancellation of the bail granted to the O.P. nos. 2 to 4. vide order dated 3.11.2018 passed in ABP No.1724 of 2018 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, VI, Madhubani.
The grounds for cancellation of their bail is that the opposite parties got the land of the petitioner mutated in their favour in collusion with the Kramchari but without consideration of the above facts the bail has been granted to them.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16367 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the impugned order from which it appears that considering the materials available on the record, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge has granted privilege of anticipatory bail to them and there is no allegation of suppressing any fact or having criminal antecedent against them or misuse of the privilege of the bail, as such I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, granting bail to them.
Hence, this application is dismissed. .
