ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 3/ 21-01-2015 Considering the report of the Trial Court that now only Investigating Officer is left to be examined, I am not inclined to review the earlier orders refusing bail to the Petitioners. Prayer of the Petitioners for bail in Sessions Trial No.187 of 2013 arising out of Azamnagar (Salmari OP) P.S. Case No.185 of 2012 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Katihar, is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to send the details of the Investigating Officer to the Superintendent of Police concerned along with a copy of this order who is directed to ensure the attendance of the Investigating Officer on the date fixed in the case.
