The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case no. 421/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation Bigan Bhagat confessed his guilt and disclosed that the petitioner and Karan entered inside the house through ventilator and committed rape. Only Rs. 6200/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Bigan Bhagat has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
