====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the impugned order dated 01.07.2016 passed by Sub Judge IV, Araria in Title Suit No.255 of 2013 whereby the learned Court below allowed the intervention application filed by the intervener-respondent.

It may be mentioned here that the plaintiff is not challenging the impugned order. The defendant has filed this application challenging the order whereby the intervener has been added as defendant raising the dispute between the defendants inter se.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed. Saurabh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U T
