04-04-2019 After some argument, Sri Vijay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
