The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The police recovered a laptop, printer and other articles from a hotel where the petitioner was caught. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the seized articles and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
