2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners against whom there is allegation that petitioners have attacked with lathi on the head of the informant's husband due to which injury took place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the husband of the informant and the petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9095 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 full brothers and due to petty dispute as mentioned in the F.I.R. itself that the husband of the informant was doing urinal on the road and dispute took place.

5. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Samastipur/ concerned court Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
