The petitioner seeks bail in Chautarwa P.S. Case no. 142/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The house of the petitioner was searched and from the possession of the petitioner one motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner told that he purchased the motorcycle from one Shambhu Singh on payment of price. The petitioner is in jail for four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43344 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case no. 142/2015.
