This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gurua P.S. Case No. 386 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 73 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a tempo and a motorcycle. The petitioner in custody since 23.12.2022.

Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Session Judge-cum-Exclusive
