JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner caught hold the informant whereupon accused Ram Awagya Sahni fired at him which hit one Babu Lal Sahni.

Petitioners state that maximum allegation against them is that they caught hold of the informant and there is no allegation that they fired on the deceased. Further, there is case and counter case.

In view of nature of allegation against the petitioners mentioned above, in the event of their surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail of Rs.5000/- each with two
