The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/34, 379, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
On suspicion, the petitioner was apprehended from whom nine ATM Cards in different names, Rs. 37500/- cash, motorcycle and mobiles were recovered when he admitted that he used to cheat people on the basis of making advertisement in the Daily Newspaper inviting applications for providing employment. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation it is not the case that the petitioner has misused the ATM Cards. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40971 of 2014 (3) dt.22-01-2015 2 / 2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 270 of 2014.
