JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 715 of 2000 and CWJC No. 7729 of 1998, contained in Annexures 5 and 6. Considering the submission advanced by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6839 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Special Director, Respondent No. 2 to examine the claim of the petitioners in the light of the orders contained in Annexures 5 and 6 to the writ petition and the recent judgment of the Apex Court in the matter of Sanskrit Schools. Final decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent No. 2 within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
