1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the State as also Dr. Anand Kumar appearing for the Accountant General, has referred to the show cause filed by the State to submit that the Collector, Nawada has already passed a reasoned order dated 29.10.2022, from which it is apparent that the petitioner has been paid the entire retiral benefits and further reference has also been made to letter of the Block Development Officer, Narhat (Nawada) dated 15.12.2022 to submit that the entire arrears of salary have also stood paid. Thus, it submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.20186 of 2018 has stood complied with.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by the opposite parties, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, in lieu of the order dated 29.10.2022, having already been passed by the Collector, Nawada, however liberty is reserved to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law.
