The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that extortion amount of rupees five lacs was demanded by the unknown criminals. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no sim by which call was made and extortion was demanded. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Chanchal Mishra, who has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42929 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
