2. The present has been filed for the grant of following relief:
For modification in order dated 10.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31612 of 2024 by the court of Hon'ble Court whereby and where under his lordship was pleased to grant regular bail to the petitioner in offence punishable under 25[1-B]a and 26 of Arms Act registered as Mohiuddin Nagar P.S Case no 24 of 2024 with a direction to the petitioner above named be released on bail furnishing bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount subject to the condition [i] That one of the bailors should be the family member/ relative of the petitioner, who shall provide official document to show his bona fide, with a prayer for direction to learned Trial Court for accepting bail bond without

No.6773 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 paper of land of bailor for sureties of Rs 10000/- as nephew of petitioner[ deponent] was went to make bailor for petitioner but in absence of land papers in the name of this bailor, bail bond was not accepted by learned court below whereas this bailor was ready to furnish sureties of Rs 10,000/- by other mode than the paper of land in pursuance of the compliance of condition mentioned above for securing the justice.
3. Earlier the relief was granted to the petitioner on 10.12.2024 but now the petition has been filed to modify the clause 7(i) which relates to provide official document by the bailor.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that the bailor do not have land document and as such, the same be modified to an authentic document.
5. Accordingly, clause 7(i) of the order dated 10.12.2024 be modified and read as follows:
7(i) one of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioner, who shall provide authentic document/fixed deposit/LIC Bond etc. to show his bona fide;
