Mr. Shashi Shekhar Tiwary, learned AC to AAG-15, in reference to the pleadings submits that without even approaching the competent authority in the State Government to examine the grievances by filing an appropriate application that the petitioner is before this Court seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for holding an enquiry into the functioning of respnodents no. 11 to 13 on their lack of infrastructure to conduct Teachers Training Course. Submission of Mr. Tiwary is supported from the pleadings which lacks any such approach by the petitioner before the State Government in its Education Department.
In the circumstances and for the present we dispose of this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to first approach the State Government for their grievance and it goes without saying that any such application being filed by the petitioner with supporting facts and figures would be disposed of within three months of its filing. With the aforementioned observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
