Taking into consideration the accusation against the petitioner that he is the main assailant, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. case no. 76/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
