The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 362 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 18 liters of illicit liquor from 'Jhola' (bag) of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 29.12.2018.
