The learned counsel for the State submits that the order has been complied to which the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Collector, Siwan in his show cause has stated that he has already recommended for taking action against the erring officials including the Circle Officer, Maharajganj, but the moment the contempt application is disposed of, no action will

The Court expects that what has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner does not come true. In the event, if the recommendation made by the Collector is not acted upon, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a contempt application bringing the said fact to the notice of the Court. The contempt application is disposed of.
