JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 516 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A and 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20973 of 2021(6) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
