For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to initiate an encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act against the persons who have encroached the Government Land (Aam Gairmajan Land) public road Situated under Mauza Kamrauli Thana No 153, Khat No 905

Patna High Court CWJC No.1956 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/2 Plot No 540 comes under the jurisdiction of Circle Office Piprahi, District-Sheohar II. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to conclude the encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act earliest as possible earlier and remove the encroachment from the Government and (Aam Gairmajarua Land) public road situated under Mauza Kamrauli Thana No 153, Khata No 905 Plot No 540 comes under the jurisdiction of circle office Piprahi, District-Sheohar."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Circle Officer, Piprahi, District-Sheohar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
