JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19.08.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioner superannuated from service as Nurse grade A on 30.11.2013 but still her retiral dues in various heads are due and for getting the aforesaid retiral dues she filed representations twice before Civil Surgeon-cum- Superintendent of Sadar Hospital, Munger but neither the aforesaid representation petitions were disposed of nor retiral dues of the petitioner was paid.

However, in the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh representation petition before respondent no.4 within one month raising her entire grievances and if she does so, respondent no.4 shall pass appropriate and reasoned order on the representation petition of the petitioner within one month from the date of its filing and if
