Case No. 330 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 21 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for one and a half months, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.
