Petitioners are in custody in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 423 of 2019 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, the petitioners were arrested on 5.10.2019. It is alleged that the petitioners were involved in theft of goods from the shop of the informant. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered

The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 423 of 2019.
