Accusation against the petitioner is that he purchased stolen motorcycle which was recovered from his kabari shop. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.7.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Kurhari P.S. Case no. 254/2015.
