JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 05.08.2017, issued by the Circle Officer, Chainpur in Encroachment case no. 16/2016-17 This Court is of the view that since notice has only been issued under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, the present writ petition is pre-mature and it is incumbent upon the petitioners to file objections, if they so desire.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with direction
