The petitioner seeks bail in Jokihat P.S. Case no. 174/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured on suspicion. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In pursuance of the confession of the petitioner the looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the co-accused.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not ever confess. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was not put on Test

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S.
