Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

144 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from a Honda City car from which two persons tried to flee away, but they were apprehended by the police. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. Nothing has been

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 3rd-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
