2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 209 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 341(1), 61(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a deed writer and the allegation against him of of changing the property details.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a deed writer, has no role to play in the alleged offence and the purchaser has already been granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89366 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6709 of 2026(2) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 2025.

5. In the opinion of this Court, the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not appealing as the change in the deed details can be done only by the deed writer on his computer and the same cannot be done by anyone else.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner even if the purchaser has already been granted anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur will take all steps for arrest of the accused person/s including the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Samastipur through FAX for its compliance.
