The informant appears to be major and her statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded in which she completely denied the story of gang rape.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barsoi ( Kachna) P.S.Case No. 161 of 2015.
