The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.140 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that one country made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2025. He is accused in 14 more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in 14 more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
