2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 942 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(DA)/313 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the victim were in relationship.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant due to oblique reason. The victim has alleged rape on the promise of marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VIcum-Special Judge- cum- POCSO, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Nagar) P.S.
