JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on going through the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed inasmuch as the respondent University has issued a letter dated 31.01.2019 to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1596 of 2019(3) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 the Principal of all the B.Ed. Colleges informing that the second year examination would commence from 17.02.2019. It has further been informed that all the students of B.Ed. first year who have been promoted to second year and who have to appear at special examination to clear the backlog of B.Ed. first year, would be permitted to sit for the second year examination with the undertaking that if they would not clear the special examination, then their second year result would be deemed to be invalid.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the counter affidavit filed by the respondent University, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as not pressed, however, with an observation that the University shall make endeavour to publish the first year result on or before 31st March, 2019.
