Case No. 202 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation is of recovery of 750 ML of liquor from the pocket of the petitioner and apart from that he is accused in two other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for more than three months and charge sheet has been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8408 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019.
