The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Aayar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 dated 07.04.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that the two sons of the petitioner and one Indal Singh assaulted him by means of lathi, as a result of which he was seriously injured in his head. It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that she also has filed a case against the informant and others vide Aayar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020. One of the sons of the petitioner viz.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18122 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 Vishal Kumar appears to have been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25885 of 2020.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is only said to have exhorted her sons to assault the informant and taking into account her gender and the fact that there is a counter version of the occurrence, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in connection with Aayar P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
