Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. In course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case whereas learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the Bank Manger i.e. First Information Report named accused Rajendra Prasad Bhagat has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court by order dated 08.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17262 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda-kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 104/14.
