JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14245 of 2020, but due to Covid, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time. In the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner has filed the present modification application for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

Considering the reasons assigned in this modification application, the same is allowed. The petitioner is granted 15 days (Fifteen days) further time from the date of communication of this order to surrender before the court below (Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani).
