The petitioner seeks bail in Gaunaha P.S. Case No.61 of 2018, registered under Sections 25(1-a), 25(1-b)(a), 25(1aa), 26, 29 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The house of Shambhu Sharma was raided and huge quantity of arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner was also found at the house of Shambhu Sharma and from possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. Shambhu Sharma has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.78963 of 2018 by this Court. The petitioner is in jail since 10.06.2018. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 years and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10778 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Bhushan Sah is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IXth, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.61 of 2018, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.417 of 2019.
