Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was caught in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 and thereafter, remanded in the present case. Admittedly, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09-03-2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and it appears that except confessional statement and tower location of cell phone of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42654 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.
