JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 429 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 45 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IVcum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection
