Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2020. However, the petitioner was not put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Investigation of the case is already complete. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the police while in police custody.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17672 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2021 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mansahi Police Station Case No.51 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
